Emre Oral
Emre (MIM, BA International Business) leads this firm’s development works and co-manages construction and project management commissions. Emre has extensive experience in project management, owner representation as well as property development. Emre’s experience includes representing the owners of large scale development projects, project management of complicated, international fit-out works for many luxury retail and hospitality brands.
Emre has an eye for sourcing and acquiring development opportunities, preparing feasibility and business case strategies and managing the delivery of the completed real estate developments. Emre has initiated luxury residential projects Sadik Pasha House, Deger 16 in Istanbul, and Palivor Farm in Kirklareli Turkey, all award winning projects in design, development and marketing, bringing Oral international recognition for its excellence in design, construction and development.
Emre transitioned into Oral in 2002. Prior to working in his family firm, Emre managed an early stage internet venture capital firm in London, held a position as Partner and Managing Director of a Media Group in Turkey, worked at L’Oreal Cosmetics in France and at the Coca- Cola Bottling Operations in Turkey.
Emre earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1990, and his Masters of International Management from Thunderbird: The American Graduate School of International Management in 1991.
