Aegean Dream Turgutreis

 

We were retained as Design Architect, and Project Manager to Aegeag Dream, Turgutreis, Bodrum Turkey. We have succesfully finalized the interior design of this resort hotel within 6 months from inception, and project managed the fit-out and construction works. We have assisted the Owner to hire 60 sub contractors (including Indonesian wood works sub contractors ) and administred with a team of 3 Architects, 2 Engineers, and 1 Project manager more than 120 contracts. Our interior design was finalized 6 months from assignement, and the construction 8 months from commencement of construction, a record in Bodrum.
