We have bought this listed property in 2006. We have obtained our permits within 6 months, and successfully completed the construction of this historical property. We have used concrete, steel as well as timber to get the best result, preserving the heritage of this old Istanbul house. The property was sold to a foreign corporation in 2010. We were responsible for the interior design, construction, sales and marketing of the property.
