Magic Life Manar

 

We were retained as Design Architect, and Project Manager to Magic Life Manar, Hammamet, Tunisia. We have succesfully finalized the interior design of this resort hotel within 3 months from inception, and project managed the fit-out and construction works. We have assisted the Owner to hire more than 35 sub contractors (all Tunisians) and administred with a team of 3 Architects, 2 Engineers, and 1 Project manager more than 60 contracts. Our interior design was finalized 3 months from assignement, and the construction 6 months from commencement of construction, a record in Tunisia.
