Oral is retained as both Local Architect responsible to deliver detailed design as well as Project Manager responsible to prepare tender contract package, assist in the award of the contract, and check the General Contractor at site. Oral’s responsibilities include certification of the General Contractor’s progress claims, prepare snag lists, and coordinate making good on defects.
