Each project director ”champion” a project from inception to conclusion. Intimately involved through that process in every stage of development. The approach to all projects is collaborative both within the practice itself and its relation to clients, consultants, and others. Contributions from the youngest members of the practice are taken into consideration, alongside of those of senior architects.
