Oral collaborates intimately with the world’s elite mono-brand luxury concept architects, providing Local Architect and Project Management services on an international scale. Our expertise encompasses the preparation of comprehensive execution drawings (architectural, mechanical, electrical, lighting), obtaining planning and building permit approvals, offering code compliance advice, producing construction documents, and executing cost planning and management. Additionally, our procurement services include the selection of contractors and suppliers, tender management, contract administration, and overseeing fit-out construction works.
With a portfolio exceeding 100 mono-brand luxury stores across Turkey, the Middle East, Russia, Central Asia, and India, Oral possesses both the proficient personnel and the sophisticated systems required to manage a mono-brand luxury store project from its conceptualisation to final handover.
Oral specializes in designing and developing residential properties. We developed our first award winning in-city luxury residential building Değer 16, in Nisantasi, Istanbul in 2009. Through the combination of the two roles, architect and developer, we managed to develop, both in city luxury residences, as well as village and farm houses which represent the European lifestyle and show high special quality. Our business model is open to either exit with sale or rental of our properties for our own portfolio.

We can assist in the identification of an opportunity, provide advice on the design, procurement and construction of a project and can also provide sales and marketing expertise at any stage.
