Located in the prestigious UB City, Bangalore, the store was LV’s f’rst store ‘n Bangalore, India. We acted as Design & Build General Contractor for Louis Vuitton, responsible to progress client submitted concept design to construction detail, and carry out the Works through a Lump Sum Fixed Price Construction Contract in accordance of approved design documents. We have completed this job on time, within budget and at quality standards that were beyond the expectations of the Client.
