2. What we collect and why

· Contact form, e-mail and WhatsApp: your name, contact details and message — used only to reply to you and to prepare any proposal you ask for (pre-contractual steps, KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).

· Cookies: analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (your explicit consent, KVKK Art. 5(1)). You can decline, or withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies.

3. Who receives it

Our website, e-mail, analytics and messaging providers (GoDaddy, Microsoft, Google, WhatsApp) process the data for us on servers outside Türkiye and the UAE, mainly in the United States and the European Union, under the transfer safeguards the law requires. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years after the last contact. Contract and accounting records: for the periods the law requires.

5. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and withdraw consent. Write to info@oralmimarlik.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the UAE Data Office.
