We specialize in designing and developing residential properties. We developed our first award winning in-city luxury residential building Değer 16, in Nisantasi, Istanbul in 2009.
Through the combination of the two roles, architect and developer, we managed to develop, both in city luxury residences, as well as village and farm houses which represent the European lifestyle and show high special quality.
