Kerem Oral: Crafting with Precision & Expertise

Kerem Oral carries forward a family tradition of architectural mastery that began in 1933, combining over 35 years of personal experience in the luxury retail sector with the heritage of Oral Architecture & Engineering. 

As a dual citizen of France and Turkey, Kerem brings a  multicultural approach that enables him to seamlessly bridge global design standards with local nuances, perfectly aligning with the luxury retail industry's unique demands.

Throughout his career, Kerem has been instrumental in the successful delivery of over 130 luxury boutiques, prestigious hotels, and high-end residential projects across regions like Turkey, the Middle East, Central Asia, and beyond. 

Kerem’s approach is rooted in values of uncompromising quality, efficiency, and collaboration. 

His personal involvement in each project guarantees meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that designs are not just translated but elevated to align perfectly with the client's vision. Whether managing the technical aspects or overseeing the works of contractors, Kerem’s commitment to excellence ensures the timely and flawless completion of every project.

Educated at the renowned School of Architecture in Grenoble, Kerem was distinguished early in his career with special recognition by the Jury in the St. Julien en Genevois competition. 

Emre Oral: Commercial  & Legal 

Emre Oral leads the commercial and legal operations at Oral Architecture & Engineering, responsible for managing client relations, pricing of services, and ensuring the overall success of high-end luxury retail projects. 

Emre is responsible for contractor qualification and selection, as well as contract negotiations on behalf of clients. During the construction phase, Emre is deeply involved in all aspects of claim management, schedule monitoring, and crisis management, ensuring the smooth execution of every stage of the retail project lifecycle. 

Beyond project delivery, Emre manages the company’s international operations, including human resources, marketing, and finance. His ability to align the company’s global strategies with the demands of the luxury retail sector ensures efficient operations across regions. 

Emre's joined the family firm in 2000. He started his career in France at L'Oréal, assumed strategic positions in Coca-Cola, took leadership positions in the Turkish media sector, and further managed a venture capital fund in London, developing strong expertise in business operations, strategic thinking, and market dynamics. 

Educated  at Illinois Wesleyan University,   Emre graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and later at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, he earned a Master's in International Management.
